White chocolate and candied almond cookies
Crunchy caramelised almond pieces and white chocolate chips.
My dear friend Harriet inspired me to make these.
She asked me to make something with white chocolate Vego bars, her favourite.
So I came up with these.
The best of both worlds. Just the way I like it.
Oh and they're 100% vegan.
Sounds pretty good, right?

Flour, light brown sugar, caster sugar, vegan margarine, no egg (orgran), baking soda, baking powder, salt, vanilla, white chocolate chips (soya), almonds

How to store the cookies
Please store the cookies at room temperature in an airtight container.
This way, they will stay fresh up to 7 days.
The cookies are suitable for freezing. Wrap tightly in clingfilm.
Store in the freezer up to 3 months. Let the cookies thaw at roomtemperature until fully defrosted.
